Grandad May 5th

Training for the Grandad May 5th
monday - 3 miles run walk treadmill
thursday - 2 miles run walk treadmill
saturday - 3 miles run outside - 48 degrees! Garbage spints short ribs, homemade banana pudding
sunday - Rest, chicken, lentil, barley vegetabel soup
